Here at UH Supply, we always aim to please. Whether you're looking for the best beauty supplies at unbeatable prices, or wishing to change your hair color - we have you covered. That's why we decided to dedicate this page to hair color charts to help you find your perfect shade.
A hair color chart can help you decide on your ideal shade, and to figure out how best to achieve it. You can access hair color charts of the colors available from your hair stylist, or you can use our swatches directly from the manufacturers right here for a much wider selection.
Whether you want to alter your look slightly or dramatically, you should be able to find a shade that matches your goal easily.
Once you have found your perfect shade on the color chart, you can speak to your hairdresser, or you could opt for at-home coloring with any of a wide range of home hair dyes, which is the perfect investment for those who enjoy changing their appearance regularly.
All home hair color manufacturers use swatches and color guides based on the hair color level system. This system measures the darkness or lightness of the color, excluding underlying tones and pigments. Industry standard levels include:
Level 10: Lightest blonde
Level 9: Very light blonde
Level 8: Light blonde
Level 7: Blonde
Level 6: Dark blonde
Level 5: Light brown
Level 4: Brown
Level 3: Dark brown
Level 2: Darkest brown
Level 1: Blue black
You can determine your level by holding a swatch against your natural hair (by the scalp). Using the level, you can then experiment with different shades within that level.
You can use a hair color chart to find the perfect shade for your new look.
We will continue updating this page to give you access to all the best shades.
