1. Too Much of the Good Stuff
2. Too Much Product
While thorough cleansing, toning, moisturizing, scrub and weekly masks are important, you should avoid using too much product. Go for creamy or oil-based cleansers at night if you have dry skin, and in the morning, simply rinse your skin with water to avoid losing your skin's own moisturizing oils.

3. Too Rough a Scrub
Exfoliation shouldn't hurt, so throw away peels or scrubs that leave your skin feeling blotchy or red. Gritty scrubs can cause inflammation and clogged pores, which will lead to wrinkles and age spots.
4. Too Much Touching
Avoid over-washing, over-treating and over-touching when you have acne or blemishes. A salicylic acid cleanser with plenty moisturizing ingredients, followed by 2.5 percent benzyl peroxide treatment should do the trick.
5. Too Little Sleep
If you don't get enough sleep, your skill will show it, by becoming dull and developing more obvious fine lines, especially around the eyes. Be sure that you get enough sleep by avoiding bright screens before bed.
Also, get a new pillowcase in Egyptian cotton, silk or satin, because rough pillowcases actually collect dead skin cells, oil, bacteria and excess product, all of which is absorbed back into your pores.
6. Too Little Sunscreen
Always use sunscreen, even when you're not in the sun and during winter. However, be sure to add it to your entire face, instead of only on the prone areas.
Bonus Tip: Invest in facial wipes to use before you go to bed or after you leave spinning class. During those lazy moments, these handy wipes will remove makeup, dirt and the bacteria that cause wrinkles, dullness and breakouts over time.
